Through our in-house Lamination process, a variety of adhesives, films, fabrics, as well as foams of different density and structure, can be laminated together resulting in application-specific composites, exibiting unique physical properties.

l         Foams can be surface-treated with the Corona method, to prepare them for adhesive lamination or printing.

l        Foams can be cut to special shapes and dimensions through slitting, strip-cutting and die-cutting.

l        Texture can be applied to the foam surface through embossing.
